Assistant Manager Accounts Payable

- Experience: 3-5 Years + post-articles (preferably in FMCG)
Job Description:
- Imprest management
- Prepared imprest vouchers for reimbursement with GL & CC.
- Miro of Invoices (Raw Material, Services Job & Supplies).
- Ensure the accuracy of Invoices for Three-way matching on daily basis.
- Reporting of RM Procurement sheet to finance for expedite the accurate payment.
- Maintained the status of MIR and other Invoices till the Completion of Miro.
- Laison with the concern department for Invoice related issues.
- Verify the comparative statement for find the lowest vendors.5 to 6 comparative in a week.
- keep track record of Misc sale deed of discarded material and undersized potato
- Maintained the old finance record and provide the voucher as per requirements
Skills Required:
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications besides excellent interpersonal and skills.
- IT, MS Office, Word Processing, Spread Sheet, Outlook, Data entry skills.
- Knowledge and in depth understanding of relevant company policies, prevailing rules/regulations and statutes applicable to the Company.
- Controlling Pressure during work load situation
